Игра «Поле чудес», «The Field of Wonders» в 5 классе.

Цель: Мотивировать учащихся к изучению английского языка посредством игры.

Задачи:

1. Обобщить знания учащихся по темам «Животные», «Школьные предметы», «Фрукты и овощи», «Классная комната».
2. Повторить английский алфавит.
3. Развивать память, догадку и логическое мышление, внимание.
4. Воспитывать чувство ответственности за коллективную деятельность.

Оборудование:

1)вращающий круг с указательной стрелкой и сектором «prize» (возможность игроку взять приз или продолжить игру)

2)карточки с буквами, которые крепятся на доску.

3)призы

4)музыкальное оформление

5)карточки с буквами алфавита.

Ход урока:

Звучит музыка – позывные игры.

I.                  Организационный момент.

Учитель: Good morning! I am glad to see you. I am glad to see you at the game "The Field of Wonders”. It is devoted to different topics: "Animals”, "Sport”, "School subjects”, "Fruit”, "Classroom”.

First of all let’s repeat ABC (хором повторяют алфавит). 

2) Работа с карточками алфавита

Звучит музыка снова.

Teacher: So we are starting.

Первый тур.

Учитель: I invite the first three players.

(Первая тройка игроков садится за игровое поле)

Pupil (1, 2, and 3): My name is Sveta. My surname is Ivanova.I am 12 years old. My address is 10 Parkovaya Street. My favourite subject at school is English. My hobby is music.

Учитель: You should guess the world to topic "Sport” 

B a s e b a l l 

(Ученики называют буквы)

(Когда слово отгадано, определяется победитель 1 тура.)

Учитель: We have the first winner today. His/Her name is…. Let’s applaud to him (her). And know your prizes.

(Участники получают призы)

Учитель: Now we are going to have a poetic break.

(Ученики рассказывают стихи)

I.                    Humpty – Dumpty.

Humpty – Dumpty sat on a wall,

Humpty – Dumpty had a great fall;

And all the King’s horses

And all the King’s men

Couldn’t put Humpty – Dumpty together again.

 

II.                 Hickory, dickory, dock,

The mouse ran up the clock.

The clock struck one,

The mouse ran down.

 

III.               This is a mouse.

She lives in the house.

This is a cat.

He is very fat,

Because he lives in the house

And he likes to eat the mouse.

 

IV.              Good night.

Good night, Mother,

Good night, father.

Kiss your little son!

Good night, sister,

Good night, brother,

Good night, everyone.

 

V.                 How is your mother?

She is fine, thanks.

How is your father?

He is fine, thanks.

How is your brother?

He is fine, thanks.

How is your sister?

She is fine, thanks.

 

VI.              Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock

Says my clock.

Tock, Tick, Tock, Tick

Be quick!

 

VII.            Little cat, little cat,

Where’s your flat?

I am a little cat,

I have no flat.

Второй тур.

Учитель: I invite the players for the second round of our game. The topic is "Classroom”

B r u s h 

(Участники представляются. Когда слово отгадано, определяется победитель второго тура.)

Учитель: Our second winner is….. My congratulations to you! These presents are for you. (Участники получают призы)

Учитель: Now we are going to have a sport minute.

(Физкультминутка на английском языке, проводят ученики.)

Hands up, hands down

Hands on hips, sit down

Hands to the sides, bend left, bend right

Stand straight.

One, two, three – hop! One, two, three – stop!

 

 

 

 

Третий тур.

Учитель: I invite the players for the third round of our game. The topic is "School subjects”.

C o o k i n g (Ученики отгадывают слова)

 

Учитель: Our third winner is…. Let’s applaud to him/her. The presents for you.

Now we are going to have a dramatizing break, fairytale "Three bears”.

(Ученики показывают сказку «Три медведя и Маша»)

Финал.

Учитель: I invite three winners to play the fourth part of our game.  The topic is "Pets”.

H a m s t e r 

Учитель: so we have a champion. His name is….

Would you like to play a super game?

Задание для суперигры. 

 

Учитель: The word is devoted to topic "Fruit”

You may open 3 letters:

C H E R R Y

(Финалист открывает 3 буквы и думает (минуту) Если отгадывает – You are the absolute champion today.Let`s applaud to him.)

Победитель получает приз.

Учитель: You worked hard today. I’ll give you 5 marks. Your home task is to make a crossword to the topics our lesson. 

And now let’s have a musical pause.  

(Все участники поют песню «We shall over come»).
